A challenge status indicates whether you are on schedule or whether you need to step up your game to achieve the objective. It gives an accurate insight into the progress of the participant.
There are 5 status possibilities:
Not yet started
This indicates that the challenge will start at a future date.
On schedule
The review date has not passed yet and the learner has started and is on schedule to meet the challenge. He will receive a reminder to continue his learning process.
Not on schedule
The review date has not passed yet and the learner started but is a little behind on schedule or has not started the drill to meet the challenge. He will receive a reminder to continue his learning process.
Met
The review date has passed, and the learner has met the challenge.
Not met
The review date has passed, but the learner did not meet the challenge in time.
- In the case of a one-off challenge, the learnerr can still practice the drill/course after the review date, but this won’t change the challenge status, as the learner was too late for the set review date.
- In the case of a permanent challenge, the ‘not met’ status can be changed if the learner starts drilling and improves his proficiency again.
