You can download various reports in Drillster. For example, you can see which questions in a drill turned out to be difficult or easy, or see the proficiency of your participants.
Please note!
The control of a participant can change constantly, so a report at the time of download is already outdated.
Reports can be run across multiple groups and at group level.
Open a group in the 'Manage → Groups' page to generate a report via the group Dashboard tab. There you get the choice to request a report for that particular group.
Select the groups you want to run a report on, then click the 'Create report' icon and select the report. Here you can choose from the download choices whether you want to see the report per group in separate tabs in Excel, or whether all information should be put in 1 tab.
Below is a description for each type of report.
Group proficiency report
This report shows the current proficiency of all participants and all drills in the group. If a challenge is linked to a drill(s) within this group then next to the proficiency a column is shown with the status of the challenge, including the date on which the reference date has been set.
Group highest attainted proficiency report
This report shows the highest achieved proficiency of all participants and all the drills in the group. If there is a challenge linked to a drill(s) within this group, then in addition to the proficiency, a column showing the challenge status and the reference date will be included.
Please note!
This highest attained proficiency shows the highest attained proficiency since the very first moment a user was connected to a drill. This does not represent the current proficiency.
Group eventual proficiency report
This shows the lowest proficiency that the participant will fall back to if the participant stops practicing now. It shows the percentage of the learning material that is already anchored in the long-term memory. If a challenge is linked to a drill(s) within this group, a column is shown next to the proficiency, with the status of the challenge, including the reference date that has been put.
Group question statistics report
(number of correctly answered questions / total number of answered questions) * 100%.
This formula shows a percentage between 0 and 100%.
- The higher the question statistics percentage, the more effective a user has been in answering questions.
- The lower the question statistics percentage, the less effective a user has been in answering questions (more mistakes made).
Please note!
If two users have a proficiency of 80%, but user 1 has a question statistics percentage of 95% and user number two has a question statistics percentage of 80%, then the first user has been more effective (he/she made fewer mistakes). However, if as they are both on 80% proficiency, their current knowledge, awareness and skills are equal. Just the path-to-proficiency has been different as a result of adaptive learning being applied.
Group time spent report
This report shows time spent by a participant on the drill minus the statistical outliers
Group easy/difficult questions questions
This report shows an overview of questions participants find difficult and which questions the participants found easy per drill.
Group test results

Group member list report
