The playable feedback system replaces the legacy “contact author” feature. It enables learners and content creators to share feedback and communicate directly within the document editor.
Overview of the playable feedback system
Instead of sending feedback via email messages, the new playable feedback system places comments left by learners and co-authors right inside the document editor, attached to the specific question being discussed.
Content authors receive in-app notifications whenever new feedback is submitted, containing a direct link to the relevant location in the editor.
When feedback is provided, content managers receive a notification containing a summary of the comment and a direct link to open the document editor:

Feedback items can be managed directly from the Comments panel in the editor. You can mark items as resolved or delete them completely using the menu options in the top-right corner of the panel:
Content authors can also leave comments for co-authors or set reminders for themselves. To add a new comment, open an entry’s context menu and select Add new comment:
You can notify co-authors directly by using an @-mention with their email address in the comment text.
To allow a content creator to view and manage feedback items in the document editor, assign them the Content feedback manager role in their user settings:
In addition to the manager role, users must have edit access to individual drills to view feedback associated with them.
Note: All users in the organization have access to submit content feedback, while managing and reviewing feedback remains restricted to administrators.
