Adding tag to your content will help you search specific drills, stories or questions.
• Tags on drill or story level
You can use tags to make your drills and stories easier to find in My content or Library. These are keywords about the drill of story, such as French and Chapter4.
Add tags at drill or story level
Drill and story tags can be add in two ways.
• Question tags
Question tags can be used for:
- Administrative for own purposes: How many questions do you have about which knowledge element?
- Assembling new drills with knowledge elements from existing drills.
- Defining tests.
Add question level tags
The tags that are linked to individual questions can be added in the drill editor. You can add multiple tags to a question, make sure that the meaning and purpose of these tags are know to the coauthors of the drill, whether they are to indicate a level, a learning element, or for defining a test.
PLEASE NOTE!
If you use spaces, you will split several tags. You can add as many tags as you want here, but beware, keep it's clear.
• Compile new drills using tags
Create new drills with knowledge elements from existing drills using tags do as follows:
- In ´My content´ click on the three dots next to ´Edit´. You will then see several options.
- Click the option ´Compile drill´.
- Give your new drill a name, topic. and description and select the tags associated with the questions that you want in your new drill.
- Please choose one of the following options:
- Select lines with one of the selected tags: If you have used questions where you have the same tags you select one of those questions with this option. Selecting that happens randomly, you cannot choose a specific question.
- Select lines with all selected tags: With this select all questions with the same tags.
